1. Use of Services
Users agree to use products and services responsibly and lawfully. Prohibited activities include abuse of services, unauthorized access, reverse engineering, and illegal activities.
2. Intellectual Property
All branding, visuals, code, content, products, and assets remain the property of KaushikDigitalStudio. Users may not redistribute, resell, or copy protected content without permission.
3. Digital Products & SaaS
Digital goods may have specific usage restrictions. SaaS services are provided with the right to modify features or pricing and suspend abusive usage without prior notice.
4. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is" without warranties. KaushikDigitalStudio is not liable for data loss, financial loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of our products.
